Travis McCaughey was born and raised in Alaska, a place deeply intertwined with the oil and gas industry. With close to 20 years of experience working both offshore and onshore in the Cook Inlet, he has a unique perspective shaped by his personal background. Furthermore, his entire family is involved in the industry, offering a multi-generational connection to the field.
Dan Arthur, P.E., SPEC, CPG, FGS, QMS, CCML is President and CEO of ALL Consulting, where he leads a multidisciplinary team providing engineering, environmental, geological, and regulatory consulting services to the energy industry.
With a career spanning more than four decades, Dan began in the oilfield with Halliburton before serving as one of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's first petroleum engineers. Since then, he has become an internationally recognized expert in well integrity, underground injection, hydraulic fracturing, produced water management, environmental stewardship, and emerging energy technologies.
Dan has erved as an expert witness in hundreds of legal cases, contributed to major industry initiatives such as FracFocus, and continues to help shape the future of energy through innovation in carbon sequestration, geothermal energy, natural hydrogen, and sustainable resource development.
Daniel Moseley is a Field Application Engineer at Distran USA, where he helps lead the deployment of ultrasonic imaging cameras for gas leak detection across North America. With a background in analytical chemistry and a Master’s from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Daniel brings deep expertise in spectroscopy and industrial diagnostics. Based in Port Arthur, Texas, he supports clients in oil, gas, hydrogen, and petrochemical sectors by providing field training, technical insight, and regulatory alignment—particularly around EPA methane regulations. Fluent in Mandarin and active in industry events like the TCEQ Environmental Trade Fair, Daniel combines global perspective with hands-on technical knowledge. Whether it’s reducing inspection time or detecting hydrogen leaks from a distance, Daniel’s mission is to help facilities operate safer and smarter. As he puts it, “I did cool stuff with spectroscopy—now I’m doing cool stuff with ultrasound.”
Jace Graham is the founder of Rising Phoenix Resources and a fourth-generation oil and gas professional based in Dallas, Texas. After spending more than a decade working alongside his father and brother in the industry, he launched Rising Phoenix to focus on mineral acquisitions, capital raising, and energy-related investment strategies. Jace brings a strong background in the business side of oil and gas, especially around mineral rights, royalties, and deal structuring.
Jay R. Young is the Founder and CEO of King Operating Corporation, a fourth-generation oil and gas professional, entrepreneur, and author of the Amazon #1 best-selling book The Upside of Oil and Gas Investing. Since founding King Operating in 1996, Jay has focused on helping investors understand oil and gas opportunities through an Acquire, Develop, and Divest model. He is also active in philanthropy through Scouting America, the Alzheimer’s Association, Nancy Lieberman Charities, and his church.
Renee Hastings is the President and CEO of Executive Help Now, a virtual assistance service agency. She and her cohort of managers, specialists, podcast producers, and executive assistants provide administrative support, social media engagement, video podcast production support, and business consulting services to small business owners, content creators, show hosts, and busy executives.
Russell Wilson is a driller and tool pusher who started in the oilfield as a roustabout at 18. He has worked for companies including Nabors, Doyon, Inlet Drilling, All American, and Nordic, with experience on rigs across Alaska, including the North Slope, Kenai, and offshore projects. He’s drilled extended reach wells, worked on hydrate research wells. Russell is known for mentoring new hands, stressing situational awareness, and pushing for better training in the field.
Russell Van Brocklen is a New York State Senate–funded dyslexia researcher and the founder of Dyslexia Classes. Dyslexic himself, he developed an evidence-based approach that helps students dramatically improve writing, comprehension, and confidence by teaching to their strengths and specialties. His work bridges neuroscience, education, and real-world application, offering practical insights for parents, educators, and workplaces seeking clearer communication and better outcomes.
Stephanie Hajducek is the founder of This One’s for the Gals and an advocate for fueling the future of women in industry. She works to connect girls and young women with opportunities in energy, manufacturing, construction, and maritime through outreach, partnerships, and hands-on experiences. Her work focuses on expanding awareness, access, and confidence for the next generation entering skilled and industrial fields.
